Dr. Emdad Khan is Chairman of InternetSpeech which he founded with the vision to develop innovative technology for accessing information on the Internet anytime, anywhere, using just an ordinary telephone and the human voice. Khan is also a faculty at Maharishi University of Management, Iowa, USA and a Research Professor at Southern University, Louisiana, USA. Khan holds 23 patents and published over 75 journal & conference papers on Intelligent Internet, Natural Language Processing/Understanding, Machine Learning, Big Data, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering, Neural Nets, Fuzzy Logic, Intelligent Systems and more. XÓCHITL GARCÍA has completed her PhD at the age of 36 years from Unversidad Autonoma de Baja California Mexico from Engineering Institute. She was working at Mechanics industry area for 11 years. After she retired from Mechanics industry area, she teaches at several universities from Mexico (UPBC, Instituto Tecnologico de Mexicali, UES), currently she works as a faculty at Mechanics and mechatronics department from Institututo Tecnologico de Hermosillo. Her research interests are UAV, AI-UAV, mechanics, aerospace, robotics and electronics areas She has published papers in reputed jornals, She belongs Sistema Nacional de Investigadores from Mexico and evaluates projects for CONACYT

Obtained his doctorate thesis in 1993 form University of Le Havre – FRENSH. Since 1994, he is a professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Marrakesh, Responsible of the Physical department. In 2007, he obtained the PhD degree from Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakesh. He is a researcher member of the Electric Systems and Telecommunications Laboratory. He has participated in and led several research and cooperation projects and he is the author of more than 20 international communications and publications.

Claudio Turchetti received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering from the University of Ancona, Ancona, Italy, in 1979. He joined the Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, in 1980, where was the Head of the Department of Electronics, Artificial Intelligence and Telecommunications and is currently a Full Professor of micro-nanoelectronics and design of embedded systems. He published over 150 journal and conference papers, and two books. His research interests include modeling of silicon devices, statistical analysis of submicrometer ICs, CMOS analog design, RF integrated circuits, computational intelligence, signal processing, pattern recognition, system identification, machine learning and neural networks.
